Faculty Center Newsletter – October 2026 Edition
UPCEA and Risepoint are conducting a national survey exploring how institutional leaders can build faculty trust during instructional change, and we invite you to participate! This survey takes about 10 minutes to complete and asks:
  • What can institutional leaders do to earn faculty trust
  • What makes instructional change difficult
  • How communication and implementation support can be improved

If you teach or work closely with teaching and learning, we want to hear from you. Your perspective will help shape practical guidance for institutions across the field, and participants will receive early access to the findings. All responses are confidential and will remain anonymous.
